Game stutter when streaming via OBS

So I'm playing a game that runs in 75fps AVG. When I start streaming (NVENC NEW) I'm getting stable stuttering. When I lock FPS on 60 (via MSI Afterburner) stutter is gone, but if I'm getting into some tough location where base fps is lower than 60 I'm again starting getting these stutters. Looks like this is because fps is not stable in some situations and this, somehow, affects the game but only when OBS is running.

Okay, this maybe the case, will check it:

If your GPU utilization is above 95% Windows will start prioritizing the game over everything; this can, in some cases, make your stream lag. To solve this, OBS added an option in OBS 24.0.3 to prioritize OBS Studio over the Game. Just run OBS as Admin, and your stream will be silky smooth.
