Question / Help Game Stutter/Lag when OBS is Open?

This doesn't happen with any other game except for League of Legends. I'm not talking about the LoLClient but the game itself. When I first launch/enter a game the FPS hovers at around 200 fps and occassionally dips to 80-90 fps. However, the moment I open up OBS the FPS goes to around 80-110 and has this weird noticeable jitter. Like anything that's in motion will jitter/stutter. Not even streaming, just simply having the app open causes the game to do this. I've tried everything but nothing seems to work. This doesn't happen with other games like SCII, Hearthstone, Path of Exile. Lowering the graphics in League do nothing. Task manager indicates that my CPU and GPU are both under 50% load.

What does work though is straight up deleting the source from the scene. I've tried game capture, display capture and window capture and it happens the same. If I open up the OBS app it just lowers the FPS and causes the weird jittering. Moreover, oddly enough, closing the app after opening it seems to do nothing either. I have to close out the game and relaunch it without OBS running in order for the fps to revert to normal.

TL:DR opening OBS, without even streaming or recording = lower fps (But still far above 60) yet has a weird jitter. The game will remain in this state even after OBS is closed. Have to restart the whole game without OBS open for the fps to get "fixed."

Well I took a look at my own log file and saw this particular line:
init_hook_info: user is forcing shared memory (compatibility mode).

I thought that perhaps it had to do with enabling multi-adapter compatibility (which I had to enable for other games such as Path of Exile for some reason or the game capture wouldn't detect it). So I unchecked the box for the LoL game capture and what do you know I'm back to 235 FPS crisp, buttery smooth gameplay. Sorry for the long post, it was really bugging me since it was working before. I guess I enabled multi-adapter compatibility on accident sometime and forgot about it.
