Game stream + webcam = bitrate ?

Hello all i have question if i stream 720p/30fps with encoder (x264) on bitrate 3000kbp/s and i add webcam i need more bitrate?Webcam need extra bitrate or i still can use 3000kbp/s?

webcam more stress my cpu? i have ryzen 5 2600 6c/12t,16gb ram, rx 570 4gb , i stream - leagu of legends and world of warships.

Yes, a webcam can stress your cpu/gpu. It's another process using resources the game and OBS also use. But try it and see how it works for you.
