Game stream not capturing voice acting

Greetings....

I have had two streams of LEGO Lord of the Rings in which OBS is not capturing the voice acting in cut scenes. It has the game music, sound effects and "grunts" when characters are fighting, but it does not capture cut screen voice acting.

Do I need to create another source just for that?

just use windows-mixer aka "standard"

Thanks for the suggestion. However, when I run tests, at best I can barely hear the voice acting. I will try to take a clip from my Twitch streams to attach to a request to the game developer.
