I recently installed version 31.0.0 on my Windows 10 computer with the following specifications: Ryzen 7 5700X, ASUS RTX 4060 8GB, 32GB RAM, ASUS TUF B550M-PLUS (I'm not sure if the specifications of my computer are relevant, but I'm including them in case they're needed).
The issue is that when I create a source with game capture and specify the Valorant window in OBS, my game becomes extremely laggy, with frequent stuttering, including both FPS drops and network lag. This happens even without starting anything, not recording or streaming, just by selecting the game window. Additionally, the source appears as a black screen in the OBS preview.
Previously, I was on Windows 11, and I was using the same settings for both the game and OBS, and I could stream with game capture mode without encountering this issue, which now occurs on Windows 10.
One more detail: if I remove the Valorant window selection in OBS, the game stops stuttering and goes back to normal.
