Question / Help Game start lagging after launch OBS Studio

My problem is, when I launch OBS Studio, only launching, my game start lagging as hell.. I dropping down to 15-18fps
I have the program open, nothing else..
I also tried the OBS Classic and there a no laggs, even when I start my recording, no laggs!
But I need the different audio tracks, so OBS Studio is a better choice

my pc specs:

• Intel Xeon E3 1231 v3
• Gibabyte H97-D3H-CF
• MSI NVIDIA GeForce 970 Gaming 4K
• 8GB DDR 3 RAM

Does somebody know why my game is lagging as hell after launch OBS Studio?

I tried different games
Here is my last log file where I tired Minecraft for example..

The thing is, that I doesn't attempt to stream or record.. It's just opening OBS..

Are you using multi adapter compatibility hooking on your game capture sources?

Yea I'm using both options.. standard settings..
Should I disable these options?

multi-adapter compatibility is only to be used in VERY specific conditions.

Your system is so far from those conditions it isn't funny.
