Question / Help Game sounds is very low when i open obs / sound looping when i open the sound of my stream

Hey there. When i open obs the game sound is get very low. Sounds from browser and other stuff is fine but my game sound is get very low.
Sometimes when i open my stream on browser to listen if sound is ok the sound is looping.
Why my game sound get lower when i open obs and how can i fix the sound loop when i open my stream while i am live?
