Hello, I do not know why. I have never this issue, but after today's stream I check the VOD and I had a game sound out of sync, why? I really never had this issue.

Look: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1955728456?t=01h25m59s ... after few sec when I shoot the NPC you can see the out of sync.
The log of that stream: https://obsproject.com/logs/bTdITwhrbweDkhyk

Can you help me with that please?

I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue with your out-of-sync game sound in your Twitch VOD. Based on the information you've provided, here are some steps you can take to diagnose and potentially fix the problem:
  1. Check In-Game Settings: Make sure that the in-game audio settings are configured correctly. Some games have options to adjust audio settings, including audio sync. Double-check that these settings are as they should be.
  2. Check OBS Settings: Review your OBS settings, especially the audio settings. Ensure that your audio sources are correctly configured and not experiencing any issues. You can also check the "Audio Sync Offset" option in OBS to adjust audio sync if it's consistently off.
  3. Audio Device Issues: Sometimes, issues with audio devices can lead to sync problems. Make sure your audio drivers are up-to-date, and the selected audio devices in OBS are functioning properly.
  4. Encoding Settings: High encoding settings or a slow computer can sometimes cause audio and video to fall out of sync. Check your OBS encoding settings, and if your computer is struggling to encode the stream, you may need to lower the encoding quality.
  5. Network and Internet Connection: A poor network connection can also lead to sync issues. Check your internet connection's stability and speed. If you have dropped frames, it might affect audio-video sync.
  6. VOD Processing: Sometimes, sync issues can occur during the processing of VODs on platforms like Twitch. It's possible that the issue is not with your stream but with how Twitch processed the VOD. If this is the case, it might resolve itself over time.
  7. Update Software: Make sure that both OBS and your game are up-to-date. Sometimes, outdated software can lead to compatibility issues.
  8. External Factors: Consider any changes or updates made to your computer or streaming setup. Did you update your streaming software, change hardware, or make other adjustments that might have affected the stream's performance?
  9. VOD Timestamp: Sometimes, sync issues might only be present in a specific part of the VOD. Check whether the sync issue persists throughout the entire VOD or if it's limited to certain segments.
  10. Stream Tests: Before your next stream, consider running a few tests to check if the issue persists. This can help you narrow down the problem and potentially identify any specific conditions causing the audio sync problem.
If the issue continues to persist after you've checked these factors, you may want to seek assistance from the OBS community or Twitch support, as it could be a platform-specific or software-specific problem that requires more in-depth troubleshooting.

Remember to keep detailed records of any changes you make during troubleshooting, as this can help you pinpoint the cause of the issue.
