So I have had an issue with my webcam being blurry compared to the game. I use a Logitech streamcam but I can't use my USB 3 slots at the moment as my GPU covers it so I need a new motherboard/case so I run it at 720p 30hz as I can't run the 60 without USB 3. In the vod I'm gonna link I used 1080 at 30z to see if it would fix the issue. I stream the game at 720p 60z at 4500 bitrate. The vod the day before the one I've linked shows how it looks when I do 720p 30hz webcam settings.
