Question / Help Game runs smooth but stream is like 5-10fps

Hello everyone,

First, sorry for my English

I tried to live stream battlefield 5, game runs perfect while streaming 130-170fps but when i look at the stream on my TV/mobile its like 5fps and its unwatchable.

I tried lot of settings and tutorials but non of theese work :/

My spec :
i9 9900K
MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC GAMING X TRIO
32gb ram DDR4 3200MHz
SSD Intel SSD 660p Series 1TB M.2
Asus prime Z390m plus
850W pow source gold
CPU cooling - corsair h115i 280mm

My recomended bitrate is 6000
Tried to stream 480p 720p 1080p still lags..
Tried to change bitrate
Tried 264x little bit better but still bad to watch


Cpu usage while playing and streaming is around 35% and GPU around 50% ..

One thing i noticed when i change game resolution to windowed mode then it runs perfetly smooth...

I play in 1440p 165hz..

Can someone help me please ? :/

!Solved! I've set fps to 100 so my fps become stable .. that was the problem .. who have this problem too just find stable fps ..
