Question / Help Game recording comes out laggy ONLY with obs

I tested 3 other recording programs all work fine but obs, I really like obs and i want to use it without this annoying glitching.

Is there any thing i can do?

And all i do is record

Can someone please help the lag does not show up on my screen just the export

Simple settings
Recording quality Indistinguishable
Encoder x264 low CPU OR QSV (Quicksync)
Format FLV.

and use game capture instead of display capture

Still exporting laggy no other program does this.
