Question / Help Game Recorded Picture?

Hi I have been trying to get OBS to record gameplay, but have only been able to record audio and a single picture.

I have been having a similar issue man. I suppose you have a gaming device? (Ps4/xbox) you will need 2 mics one for device one for pc.
