Question / Help Game part of Elgato not SHOWING UP

As you can tell by the screenshot I can get ELGATO into OBS, the software frame, and even the mouse cursor show up, but the GAME itself and anything within the game window WILL NOT show up.

What am I doing wrong?

using 32 bit OBS and Elgato version for Windows 7.0

Oops uploaded the wrong image, that is the image I would like to see in OBS, the actual Elgato software, here is the two together, OBS is just showing BLACK SCREEN where the tablet game should be.
