Question / Help Game, OBS is ok, but stream is laggy. Maybe Gsync?

Hi.
I have 2080ti
64 gb of RAM
9900k

When I play and stream on my 1680x1050 monitor, but use OBS settings for 2k it's ok with the game, OBS and stream.
But if I play on my gsync 144hz 2k monitor (I've tried Asus PG279Q and Acer) stream goes some kind of wierd way, it's like lagging, frames are not so smooth as before. You can see that for 100% during fast scenes.
Here is my log https://obsproject.com/logs/knPomIjl8dwPo_DV
Here is my native 2k stream with lags https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQZjR8-1U0c
And here is native 1680x1050 stream stretched to 2k resolution (sometimes YT doesn't show 2k, I don't know why, even when weeks have passed) without lags https://youtu.be/6GOKz7EJGWY?t=18683
I'm using Nvenc, new networking code
Any solutions?

PS the same with reording. Here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCY1SAi5sU0 . Please, do not pay attention when I stop the character, that lags happen when I alt+tab the game. But when the character run the lags are wierd

ok, the new update.
found on some forums like it could be a problem of Windows, Nvidia, OBS or whatever... so.. let's try to set framerate limit to 60 and maybe recording won't be so laggy, cause jumps of frame could made that issues. Gsync is still on, it's still 144hz framerate for the monitor in the game settings:
here is 60 fps framelock with Vsync on https://youtu.be/txlhxGYwLqQ
here is 60 fps framelock with Vsync off https://youtu.be/tp_teFbAsbE
So in these both cases I don't see a real difference but without Vsync it's way better to play, but, all of these are way better than I had before, I mean that 'laggy' stream. Now it's way more smoothly, but still, there are some 'freezes'
WTF is this?
OBS can't handle Gsync? or framerates way better than 60?
Is it possible to fix that or we pay for 144hz monitors and set framerate to 60 and forget about 100-144 fps?

I use an i9 9900k + rtx 2080 ti + 32gb 3000hz + 27 'monitor 2.5k + gsync and i have the same lag problem in the OBS.

the BF V game runs smoothly in any quality but the transmission with new nvenc and 6000 bitrate gets horrible, locking and distorting the whole image.

And how do you solve that? Use the previous Nvenc or lock the framerate?

You read a commom issue like this; https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/one-day-to-another-youtube-streaming-is-lagging-choppy.102669/ ?

Today I make a change and solve the problem or "choopinesh" but now my stream is like going at 30 fps instead of 60. You can read the details inside.
I read that, it's like you use the new network code settings, but I'm already using them too. I think the main problem is in the huge difference in framerate we see in-game and use for our stream. But how to solve it nobody knows or doesn't want to tell us.

Right.

But the thing at least in my case is that I was streaming perfectly and the day after "this" start to happen. It's annoying.

By the way and speaking about the new net code, I turn it off in the last test and the stream looks a bit better. I'm totally lost.

Now I'm going to make a stream and I hope for the good, I cannot stay without rec something.. let's see.

Have you tried just limit your in-game fps up to 60 at max?

I'm doing it with Sekiro and I think Sekiro is capped at 60 by default so..

Anyway like I said before I was streaming it perfectly until problems appears from nowhere.

I just finished a streaming test and it was like before (almost) just changing B-frames to 1 instead 2. I don't know if Sekiro is a too fast game for the frames or what or if there is another causes for this improve, but that test stream looks perfect to me.

Ah.. and also change bicubic filter to lacszos. Don't tell me why because I don't reescale nothing but that improves the stream and even the recording comparing to Bicubic filter.

Anyway the fluidity of the first streams I did is gone.

Did I understand you right you use 144hz monitor? If yes, try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvYtjnUr550 , now I've sent my monitor back to store, and when I'll get the new one so check this out. But I think that have to help, because I've opened the OBS on the 2nd monitor and it's 60hz not 144hz. So I had 144hz monitor for gaming and 2nd 60hz monitor for OBS and chat, so maybe that was a problem.

Well I did not speak about what monitor I have, but yes I'm using a 144hz screen.

I don't have another one I just use 1, I have been streaming another games with no problems, even Sekiro the first days as I said before and with no system changes it's start to happend one day to another.

And that's "the thing"; one day perfect, the next one with problems. I don't think that suddenly the monitor has become a problem...

Anyway thanks for the answer.
