Question / Help Game Not Recording only Audio etc

When I record my game, it shows my game being recorded, I end my recording session and the file is only Audio no Video. Also how do I change my file output etc


Will edit this over time to make it easier to understand

Geforce 980
16GB DDR4 Ram
5TB HDD's
1TB SDD
256 SDD
