I did find out the issue, and I am not sure this is something for OBS to fix however recording ///JUST/// LiS with the h.265 HVEC for AMD will NOT pick up the video, only the audio.
Any other game h.265 hvec works just fine.
Switching down to h.264 and it captures the window.
Again not sure if this is a OBS issue or a AMD issue or both but there ya go.

Hi. I am trying to use OBS to capture/record gameplay with "Life Is Strange".
I have recorded tons of other games, Saints Row, Ark, Overwatch, FF14 etc. I know how to capture a game using several options, game capture, specific window capture, full screen capture etc.
I have tried every single capture method available with OBS with various settings for each and NOTHING will capture the game being on screen in any mode, full screen, windowed, borderless etc.
Audio records just fine in every scenario. The game window itself will not.
I have also messed with overlays, also doesn't work.
Any help apreesh.
