Question / Help Game Lags whenever I open OBS Studio or record

so I have been trying to record with obs for a while now but sometimes when i record my fps drop by like 10 and i am fine with that, other times 20, i start to get worried, then other times my fps goes to like 10 and i don't have some crappy old computer this computer is brand new and has a very good CPU (you will see in logs) and has a GTX GeForce 980 ti GPU. can someone please help me.

So, 0.1% of video lag is pretty good. Game limited at frame rate or you trying to capture unlimited experience? If not - enable limiter.
