Game lags when obs is running.

Hi, my name is Ethan. For the past few months, I've had to deal with this problem for ages. If I had obs running in the background, my game dropped fps fast. Now, before I start.. I must say, this is a really odd problem.

So, when I have obs open, and run the game (in my case, Roblox.) it seems to be going fine. But overtime, the fps start to dip. It starts off at a lovely 60 fps (robloxs fps cap is 60) then gradually goes to 50, then 40, 30, 20, 10 and the least its gone before is 5. I have no idea why this is happening.

So, if I want to record a video.. I need to lower the graphics settings to 1, and in the worst situations I need to lower my entire screen resolution. This seems to help the problem, but not fix it. Its still very noticable, and annoying.

Now, so far this seems like a case of lag, but this is not the case. My computer has a nvidia geforce GTX 1080 ti. And I believe it should be running at 60 fps for most games, but for highly graphlically intensive games it should run at 40-50. Not dip on simple games like Arsenal, and sometimes even a baseplate. (1 giant block for a floor, thats it.). This is definately a obs problem, and I am seeking help about this. If possible, please leave a suggestion on what I can do to fix it. Yes, I have disabled game mode. Here is a log for a test recording I did, on the roblox game called "Arsenal". https://pastebin.com/MYwG9DWH

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
