Game Lags in OBS 29, but not in OBS 27

When I am playing games while recording, they have many noticeable lagspikes, while in OBS 27, with the same settings, they do not.

My OBS 29 and 27 are both different portable installs, with the 27 one being stored in Program Files, if this information helps. I have more scenes, scene collections, profiles, sources and plugins on 27 than on 29.

Can you please provide a log file from the moment the lag is happening. Attach it here or upload it using the handy tool inside Help menu for it.
