Question / Help Game laging during streaming , please help .

Hello,
First of all ,
I have tried almost every method or advice on this forum, including stream low resolution / low 30 fps , puting down bitrate and stuff like that , but problem is still same.

My issue is during streaming game got lag after 2-5 seconds interval ,but on stream its seems clear without any laging. No drops FPS in game, stable target 90 .
Game mode - off
Game panel - off
nvidia experience - uninstaled
Iam using NVENC encoder and 4000 kbps bitrate ( my internet upload is 4.6mb )
PC spec :
CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - GTX 1660ti
Motherboard - MSI B450 gaming plus max
This problem just shows up after i upgrade my hardware , and change new router ... but everything seems updated .

if you only have a 4.5mb upload then your pushing your internet too hard. This is a possible cause.
Try using only 70-75% on your bandwidth. try 3000-3500?

also, if the PC is what is lagging, try turning your settings to advanced and disabling physco visual tuning and look ahead on the NVENC,.

also, it seems you are using the NVENC encoder to stream and record. its possible your encoder is maxed out? this would cause lag. some settings use CUDA cores and its likely this is the issue. do you have a log file?
