Game Lagging while OBS open

I'm trying to record a game with just voice audio, but while I have OBS open on the main screen of the laptop, the game lags. I don't even have to be recording, I'm not sure if this is a hardware limitation. Below is my full log file from that recording.

Turn Windows Game DVR off and uncheck the box for psycho visual tuning in the encoder settings.
