Game lagging when streaming have good internet

I am trying to stream rebirth 1080 p and 30 fps I have really great internet I got 920 mbps download and 39.7 mbps upload almost 40 when I go to stream everything’s good on the stream part but my game lags so bad I got a omen 30l with 3060 graphics card I just don’t understand what is going on any help would be greatly appreciated also my bitrate is at the lowest I can go for 1080 p 30fps which is 3000

Game lagging are usually caused by one of two things: your Internet connection is faulty, or your computer is overloaded. It is recommended that you use a wired connection for live streaming, plugging the Ethernet cable directly from your modem to your computer. And clean your computer junk and reduce CPU usage.
