Question / Help Game Lagging Extremely. Had No Problems Before

This has never happened before. I usually record with pretty good settings and I don't see why problems should start now. Basically, I'm trying to record Serious Sam Fusion 2017 and it's lagging like friggn crazy when watching the video. I have no clue why it's doing it now but turning on V Sync didn't do anything and I'm struggling right now to see whats the problem as my settings are the same and they never had problems before. I posted a log and maybe you can help understand whats going on because I don't!

P.S It's not just Serious Sam! IT'S EVERY SINGLE GAME. Why is this happening now?!

Bump! Please help! I have been at this for 3 hours and I have no clue what to do! I'll even show you another log! It seems to be an overload on encoding but I have no clue how to stop this!
