Okay, so I was streaming for about 3 1/2 hours or so today, no lag issues, no game lag, no stream lag, everything was going perfectly. I ended my stream, and started it back up again after about 5 minutes. I get a crazy in game lag spike -33% of my frames. The stream isn't lagging though since I have a 144hz monitor, and the stream is in 60fps. So its only noticeable to me. I don't think I changed and settings but perhaps I did, but you should see them from the log if I did. I don't know anything about the logs so I can't help there. I would like to know what the problem is since I enjoy streaming quite a bit.
BTW, it's not only lagging in game when I stream or record, its just when its open. That little moment of time before OBS recognizes or displays the game capture, it is perfectly fine, but when I see the game on OBS it lags. I'm not streaming or recording anything right now, obs is just open.
Stream #1 is the log where the quality was perfect and nothing was lagging
Stream #2 is where there game was lagging but the stream wasn't
