Question / Help Game lagg, but everything else works!

I'm streaming from my Macbook Pro Retina Display. 2014 edition. Specs are:

Processor: 2,6 GHz Intel Core I5
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphic: Intel Iris 1536 MB

Internet: 50 MB up & down.

Issue: I'm experiencing lagg when streaming RuneScape. The game itself laggs and also does the same in the stream. I have been twixing on the settings and trying to lower things. Also for some people it buffers every 10-20 seconds. Has anyone experienced any issues similar? The same happends when playing Minecraft.

I had something similar with minecraft. I solved it by turning my video bitrate way, way down -- while I should be able to get 2200 (minecraft's internal testing in 1.7.10 claims it can do 2500+), I had to drop down to around 1200 or less to avoid those problems.

Specifically, I had no lag in-game while playing, and (at 1700) no dropped frames on the sending, but constant freezing / falling behind as seen by the viewer -- reaching 18 minutes (that is not a typo) at one point.

Well if you have 50MB upload, then you shouldn't technically be having a problem; do you mean network lag like keybounce is meaning?
