Game lag when trying to stream cs2

Hello, im having trouble streaming cs2. i stream cod b06 and any other game fine. once i start streaming cs i notice a massive lag in game like i have packet loss or the same feeling.

i have looked at youtube videos and tried adding in "MaxNumRefFrames=4 BReferenceEnable=1 BPicturesPattern=1 MaxConsecutiveBPictures=1 HighMotionQualityBoostEnable=1"

AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D
AMD Radeon RX 7900xtx
64gig ddr5

im new to obs and im learning so please help me!

Post new log if still having issues after making changes in analyzer

Analyzer | OBS

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is free and open source software for video recording and live streaming. Stream to Twitch, YouTube and many other providers or record your own videos with high quality H264 / AAC encoding.
