Question / Help Game Lag When Recording

I am playing Rainbow Six Siege and every time I record with 3500 bitrate i get around like 40-20 fps. In the game my graphics are medium using a few of my graphic's card. I have a pentium and gtx 1050 ti and I am also using NVENC

Bitrate is unrelated to frame rate in that sense. Record a 30+ second session, hit Stop Recording, then post a log (though, specifically a Current Log).
