Question / Help Game Lag when opening OBS Studio(no recording).What can i do?

Hi, i have some trouble with my pc/obs studio.When i open obs studio and i'm in a game like gta san andreas, because i wanna stream my gameplay on youtube, so i open obs and i get lag in gta san andreas without to start recording.My cpu is at 30 usage my memory at 40 and gpu like 8-9.
PC: i3 7100 3.9ghz
KFA2 Gtx1060 3gb OC(factory)
8gb ram ddr4 2133 crucial single slot
120gb ssd kingston
1tb hdd wd blue
And a 650w power supply njoy titan 600.
So when i don't have the obs opened i have like 100-200fps, but when i open obs, i get like 18-19 fps.I tried streamlabs but i got the same problem.

Have you tried using display capture? Are you running the game fullscreen?

There are apparently problems using game capture with GTA3 and GTA San Andreas.

At least one suggestion seems to be to downgrade the version of the game to 1.0 as some of these problems came with a Steam patch.
