Question / Help game kinda laggy while streaming all the sudden

Been streaming 2 months of LoL with buddies and stuff. Today when I tried to start the stream something happened and it makes the game kinda jittery.
FPS is still 144 flat and settings of OBS are 1080p@60fps and I use game capture not screen capture (screen capture always made the same problem though the game capture wasn't disrupting gameplay at all)

DDU my drivers away, uninstalled the game\obs and still doesnt matter.

Dude I tried anything I swear
And while you say it can do bad stuff it worked just fine months...what can I do?
