Question / Help Game is smooth. OBS not so much.

Hey, while trying to do local recording with either 0.15.4 or 0.16.2, I'm experiencing some pretty bad stuttering in both OBS window preview and the finished footage file.
Please don't tell me it's because of my CPU, since I have video proof of it handling Fraps in 1080@60, which I can provide if I'm asked to do so.

"Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 13264 (60.9%)"

0.15.4
Last two logs. http://pastebin.com/k7R0bDTj

Warframe, 1080p 60fps

Pre-stream test, 720p 60fps

i5-3350P
GT640 OEM Rebrand 3GB
8GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM
WD10EZEX HDD

Using Indistinguishable or Lossless Quality has no effect. As suggested in another thread.

EDIT #1: Updated to 0.16.2 just for the sake of providing a log.

EDIT #2: As mentioned in the Windows 10 Anniversary Update PSA sticky thread, it might be causing this, but it still doesn't really explain such a huge performance jump from 0.16.2 to 0.15.4. Where as I can actually at least get to 60fps in 0.15.4 but it stays at around 20fps in 0.16.2.

That cpu is not gonna do 1080p 60fps h264 encoding, especially not while running a game, comparing to Fraps is not relevant.
That GPU is also pretty underpowered, but without a last log can't really tell if that's causing the lagged frames.

@Osiris As far as I know, GPU does not affect h264 CPU encoding except for downscaling filters and stuff.
@Suslik V QS isn't supported on my system, unless there are some BIOS settings which I've looked over.
Thank you both.

In another thread also suggested to use Software x264 (low CPU preset) with crf about 16 to 20. Or you can try Custom Output (FFmpeg) and simple encoder like mpeg2video or so. It has less impact on cpu but larger file size or worse quality.

Sorry for "bumping" this. But EVERYTHING seems to be working perfectly, so far now, with 0.16.6. Silky smooth 60fps, no drops. It wasn't my CPU nor GPU. Thanks a bunch for the help guys, though. Much appreciated.

Maybe Windows update improved your frame download time... Maybe drivers were updated or so. It is bit strange to have about twice speed for this by only Studio's update. By current update only some features were added to the application. Can you try previous version of the OBS Studio (maybe portable mode) to make sure that OBS Studio cause this? Of course, you can skip this step (I don't think that OBS Studio could revert it major changes for future releases).
