Question / Help Game is laging while streaming on Youtube!

Hi! While I stream on Youtube my game lags a lot and its unable to play. I set the streaming settings low but still it lags.
I set output to 720p at 30 fps.
Encoding on graphic card and bitrate at 3000.

My PC specs:
Intel i5 7400 3GHz
Nvidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB
8gb ddr4 RAM

I'm playing PUBG Mobile with the help of Tencent Emulator.

Please can anyone help me!
