So when I try to live stream my game runs flawlessly, it records desk top and windows amazingly but as soon as I open up a game the whole thing becomes extremely choppy, I turn my graphics setting on the game all the way down (H1Z1) and it is as choppy as it was when at high graphics. I know my PC can handle it aswell. Please help.
PC Specs:
Intel Core i5 6500K
EVGA GTX 1060 3GB
I don't know what my OBS settings are exactly but I do know that I use 30 FPS and 1920x1080, I have watched hours of videos and nothing seems to help me. The weird thing is that it just randomly started happening out of no where things just became laggy and all the settings were the same.
