Hey guys, sry for my english, but I hope u can understand me.
So I have problem in Win 10 with Game smooth. When I start some game example CS:GO in Windowed mode on main monitor and OBS with preview mode on on the 2nd monitor even without starting recording my game is not smooth but the FPS count is 300+, but it seems like ~60
When I hide OBS preview everything is okay and the game is SMOOTH again.
I had windows 7 before and there werent such BUG.
If I am playing just un fullscreen mode everything is OK, but I need Windowed mode for my streams, thanks!
