Question / Help game image does not appear

I'm trying to open the game window and it shows up like this, yesterday it was opening normally but today it was like this, can anyone help me?

Right click your source.

Choose "properties" from the drop down menu.

Choose the window from the list.

Right now it looks like OBS is capturing an OBS window.
