Game FPS is stuttering whilst streaming through OBS

Heya, as the title suggests my FPS in-game is being impacted when streaming on OBS, also when OBS is present and not minimized, my FPS counter looks like it's fine and the stream looks to be fine however the little stutters here and there are making playing games in general on stream annoying. I'm completely new to OBS and streaming in general however I've looked at various other threads with the same issue and none of the fixes seem to be resolving the issue for me.

Any help at all would be highly appreciated.

1. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (Scene: AFK Intermission). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
2. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
3. In the stream encoder settings, change multipass mode to single pass and disable psycho visual tuning.
4. Disable the preview.
5. Enable V/G-sync.

After making those changes, does this issue still happen on your 240 Hz AND your 60 Hz monitors, just the 240 Hz monitor or both?

Finish above

But use V-sync, not G-sync

Add to the list:
Disable HDR

22:32:17.784: output 0:
22:32:17.784: name=XB273 GX
22:32:17.784: pos={0, 0}
22:32:17.784: size={1920, 1080}
22:32:17.784: attached=true
22:32:17.784: refresh=240
22:32:17.784: bits_per_color=10
22:32:17.784: space=RGB_FULL_G2084_NONE_P2020
22:32:17.784: sdr_white_nits=280
22:32:17.784: nit_range=[min=0.049100, max=408.760010, max_full_frame=322.118195]
22:32:17.784: dpi=96 (100%)

I got something else but this may be enough

If you can't get a steady 240 FPS then you need to lower your game's graphics settings until you can.

If you don't have this issue when gaming on your 60 Hz monitor with the same settings (V/G-sync enabled) then it's your graphic settings.
