Question / Help Game FPS Dips but OBS stays at 60

I'm having trouble trying to figure out why this is happening. When I start up a game like Tekken 7 without OBS the frame rate stays at 60. As soon as I open up OBS the game dips down to 50-54 FPS and stays like that until I close OBS. I have tried different resolutions in game to see if that would make it run at 60 but it stays the same.
