Hey, I come with a weird issue I am having and having trouble finding topics related to it.
When I stream, my game would drop some FPS for a millisecond, then back to stable numbers, but my game feels like my monitor hertz would have dropped(?) and it stays like that for a few seconds, until my FPS drops again and it goes back to feeling smooth. This happens every so often which causes inconsistencies while I play which I would hope to fix. I don't have this issue while playing without streaming.
Any idea what would cause this? I've tried updating / downgrading graphic drivers, different encoding options / settings etc.
GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: i7 6700
RAM: 16 GB
