Question / Help Game doesnt lag but video recording does

Hey guys, recently i have built a pc and have test streamed and it worked perfectly. I tried to record instead and everything is fine until i see the recording file and its really laggy and dont know why. I have an i7 - 6700k and dont see why it would lag. I was also playing h1z1. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Use 64bit of obs instead of 32bit

18:30:38.256: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 779 (41.4%)

Change CPU usage preset to ultrafast. Only use ultrafast for rate control of CRF.

Ok thanks going to try it but what does the middle line mean? Also how do i change to 64 bit?

64bit launcher is under C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe

The middle line was just a line taken from your log file as a reference.

Well it started working fine at the start of the recording but as the recording goes past like 6 min it starts to lag, works fine before that which is pretty strange and neither my cpu or gpu is bottlenecking

You might be getting memory leaks.
