Question / Help Game doesn't lag but the Recording | Help

Hello,

Since yesterday my recordings and livestreams in OBS are still lagging. I had birthday and got a new Mikrophone.
Maybe thats the problem. I don't know what i can do next. I had switch my encoder more than 3 times but nothing happened.
Ingame i have more than 300 FPS and my ping is 0.
