Question / Help Game disappearing / going black mid stream

Hi,

I'm having a repeating issue of game (in this case Hearthstone) going black mid stream while streaming via OBS on Mac. My webcam is still showing, but the game just goes black. To fix this I'll have to stop the stream, exit OBS and restarting OBS. Sometimes I'll have to restart the whole computer again.

I capture the game via Game Capture. Attached is one of the logs possibly showing the problem.
There appears to be repeated error of some sort:
Unexpected pixel format: 0 (

Is anyone else having this kind of problem?

Here's a screenshot of what happens. As you can see, the game is black and only the lower left corner of the game is showing up in the upper left corner. The "box" can be streched and made bigger, but it's the only thing that I can see from the game.

EDIT: The game runs normally, but OBS just makes the game go black on stream.
