Game Capture with Modded Minecraft drops game FPS when not even recording or streaming

Hello. I wanted to start recording a Minecraft modpack called ATM10 however as soon as I add the game with game capture my FPS drops and stutters in game. I normally have above 140+ FPS with shaders enabled. But as soon as I show the game capture in OBS it drops and is just all over the place. It feels sub 60 FPS. This happens while not even recording or streaming just with the game capture shown in OBS. I have nothing else on my scene.

Here is my log file however the issue isn't even when actually recording. Just having the game capture shown.

It's a definite OBS issue because I recorded a 120 FPS video with Nvidia Overlay perfectly fine. Unfortunately there's really no where I can post the 120 FPS video to show.
