I have serious problems with the image rendered by OBS and I don't understand what the hell is going on.
I think this is the right section because the image rendered on OBS has become very low despite my bitrate is excellent (in stream it is 8000 while at home I have over 20mbps in upload).

The image, in addition to pixellating, tends to literally cut itself in two.
I have a dual pc setup and on the streaming pc there is a Ryzen 7 2700x, Elgato HD60 Pro and an Nvidia 1050 Ti. OBS Encoding is x264 software.
