Question / Help Game Capture showing up black, Display Capture is showing my display.

I've been trying to fix this issue for the past two days, every video or thread I've read to fix the issue hasn't resolved in anything.

I'm not trying to game capture chrome. I'm trying to capture Destiny 2 and I get black screen whenever I try
