In OBS 21.1.2 (64-bit, windows), when I add a Game Capture scene item the initial size is set to (0,0), showing as a single dot in the top left corner.
Trying to drag the scene item larger makes it disappear.
Trying to edit the scene item transform and entering something like (800,600) in the size results in an invalid setting. Reopening the item transform shows size is set to (90001.0000, 90001.0000).
Copying the transform from another item on the screen and pasting it into the Game Capture scene item transform (RMB|Transform|Paste Transform) pastes the location but not the size.
It seems that Game Capture is not usable in this release.
