Game Capture Problems. Need help.

I go into sources and there is no Game Capture button for me to add. Also, every time I open OBS a notification comes up asking if I want to manually or automatically check for updates. No matter which one that I click the notification stays there. I am able to move it to the side and work on other stuff.
