Game capture problem

Hello, I have had a problem with OBS for some time, I watched all the guides in my country, and all of the others, and none of the guides helped me.
The thing is, I have a black screen on capture. OBS works for me but only after resetting the whole computer, and I don't want to reset my computer every week so I think you will help me (I HAVE A COMPUTER, NOT A LAPTOP)

Log files are showing explorer.exe is being blacklisted, have you made any firewall or a/v program changes that could be causing issues?
