Question / Help Game capture periodically freezing for a split second

Hey,

yesterday I switched out my OBS for the multiplatform software. After finishing the installation and launching the application straight off the wizard, I toyed around with the settings and ended up with something that worked well enough for me:

However, after I stopped streaming and had all applications closed, I decided to stream again later that day. This time, the OBS multiplatform wouldn't display my League of Legends game capture - no big deal, though, I knew this problem from the old regular OBS. I had to run it as admin and it showed the game again - however, this time around, my stream would freeze for a split second every other moment. Check it out here:

I did not change any of my settings, I only closed the application and normally started it again a few hours later, realizing the game capture problem, so I closed it again and ran as admin. Nothing else really changed.

Any idea how to get rid of the freezes?

Thanks in advance!

I just tried to get my logs, but seems it doesn't work? Both upload current logs or last logs don't do anything when I click them, and my logs folder is empty.

Hello, Lev. You are suffering exactly the same issue I do. I was blaming the use of large .png files, but you are only displaying the game and your webcam.

I regret to say that I can not help you yet, but if this is no as an uncommon issue as I was thinking, maybe the OBS team can point us out to a solution.

Could you try to display a scrolling test, to see if it freezes too?

(This is my post regarding our problem. Neither can I check any log files: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/constant-stutter-even-without-streaming-or-recording.42423/)
