OBS 17.0.1 Game Capture wont work with Win10 Creators Update -> "get-graphics-offset64.exe stopped working"

Win10 Creators Update
FX-8150 @4.5GHz
RX 480 8G
16GB DDR3

need logs?

every other thing works

maybe has to do with MS GameBar -> it also captures the Games - will try to deactivate the captureing and check if that fixes it

i also cant run "Superposition Benchmark" -> maybe my windows is broken...

lazy as i am - i wait for OBS Devs to tell me what 2 do xD

cant fix it through windows-settings -> "get-graphics-offset64.exe stopped working" still occures and prevents OBS from doing its magic of GameCapture
