Question / Help Game Capture not working anymore

Its just not working anymore. Yesterday streamed everything fine. I open it up today and now it wont capture the game anymore. I havent changed a damn thing since yesterday and no matter what I do it wont capture it anymore.

No one has any ideas on how to fix this I still cant get it to work today
