Bug Report Game Capture not hooking into process - Also not streaming to facebook: log attached

OBS is not hooking into Destiny 2, and sometimes other games. It's showing the same error messages for these.

Windows firewall is disabled on testing.
OBS is ran in 64bit mode with administrator privileges.

Operating system is Windows 10 64bit.
